People say, “Artist, study nature!” But it is no small matter to develop what is noble out of what is common, beauty out of what lacks form.

Cold sunlight shined down into the cemetery
Where your deep beauty wandered through the trees
Both dark and innocent
And on the night that followed
We wandered through cold empty streets
The Moon light reflected in the river
As towers reached out into the darkness
Dimly lit street lamps illuminate dark eyes
Our longing for unity came down this
Burnt down by the burdens
Of my ignorance and pride.
Future faded and Prospects in ruin
And after all these years of silence
I see the years of hurt
And I hear of the pain that came
Long before our bleak reunion
meaningful memories begin to fade
and soon all will be forgotten.
Departed once before and soon to depart again.
Depart, return, depart again….
